The downstairs is equipped with a queen bed, futon, wet bar, refrigerator and full bathroom. Perfect for visiting guest, couples, or an additional family. Enjoy cable and WIFI throughout. Parking is available under the covered carport, with ample parking for more cars, boats or trailers. Launch your boat at the neighborhood boat ramp just around the corner. Walk or bike to the world famous Robbie’s Marina, or even Anne’s beach.
