French doors lead to the spacious screened porch which is complete with quality furnishings and a fire pit and overlooks the crystal blue canal and pool/tiki/hot tub areas This floor has 2 bedrooms and full-sized bath. One bedroom offers a king-sized bed and 2nd bedroom has a day bed which offers two separate twin beds.
The 3rd floor boasts a large master bedroom with king-sized bed and futon, super fluffy pillows and linens for truly restful dream time. Double French doors open to the private sun deck which overlooks the pool. The master bath is is considered dpa quality with dual shower heads, hand-held shower, double sinks and large walk-in closet.
4th bedroom also offers a king-sized bed with private bathroom. Additionally, there is a separate sitting/loft area on this floor and all bedrooms have large flat-screen TVs.
Downstairs is a large game/recreational room for kids/teens and those young at heart. It offers a large flat-screen TV, air hockey table, large pool table, and two futons which convert to full-sized beds. Double French doors lead to a tropical oasis, complete with heated pool, state-of-the-art hot tub, bar area with refrigerator, gas grill, fire pit area, lounge chairs, and tiki hut complete with outdoor dining table and chairs.
There is also a 45-foot concrete dock for your boat. Just a hop and skip to the ocean blue for fabulous fishing, diving and the visits to famous Looe Key Reef.
