This half duplex luxury vacation home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms furnished with three King-size beds and one Twin over Full bunk bedroom. There is a full-size sofa bed and you can sleep 10 people comfortably with ample closet space available. The master bedroom with water views has a private ensuite dual-sink bathroom. ALL bedrooms have a large HDTV Smart Televisions. High speed 1 Gig fiber internet service for fast streaming, remote work, and schooling. The sleek, contemporary South Florida styled loaded kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and top-of-the-line Quartz countertop/backsplash provides the ideal place for cooking up a meal at home or serving your fresh catch of the day. While the indoors is lovely the outdoor is the heart of the home where you will love your private heated pool just steps from your living room. This home has one of the largest pools in the area making this a very popular home for returning guests. Reel-in your dolphin, snapper, swordfish, or wahoo, then dock your boat behind your pool at your huge oversized private 40-foot dock, with direct ocean access. (12-15 min) There is a fish-cleaning station on the dock, bait freezer, bbq grill, and shady poolside seating area, Two covered parking spots are located just a few steps from your front door with additional private space for trailer storage and extra vehicles.
