Comprised of the Main House and a Guest House, this home away from home has six magnificent bedrooms, 5.5 baths, 2 pools, a chef-quality fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a full outdoor spa, an expansive tiki bar with outdoor kitchen, an enclosed outdoor sports bar, a game room with billiards table, a fully stocked commercial-style bar complete with 4 draft taps and a conference room with seating for up to 14 with full multimedia capabilities,.This is the perfect home for large gatherings of families, friends, and executive teams, and can accommodate 14 to 16 guests more than comfortably. Even the pool has a swimmer’s treadmill! The Main Home is where you will gather at the full breakfast bar (complete with refrigeration and appliances) that opens up into a game room for fun gatherings for your entire group. Just off the Game Room in the Main Home, there is a lower-level bedroom with 2 queen-sized beds and an ensuite bathroom. The Guest Home is located next to the Main Home boasting, a fully stocked bar area, a large conference room, and a half bathroom. The Guest Home fold-away doors opening to a 180 degree indoor/outdoor space overlooking the serene outdoor pool and spa. The Main Home and Guest Home are connected by a walkway that overlooks the stunning grounds and natural setting. Upon entry to the Upper Level of the Guest Home, the guest is greeted by a beautifully constructed lofted wooden ceiling. Just off the foyer inside the Upper Level of the Guest Home is a gorgeous master bedroom with three-sided pocket doors that open onto a private deck. The Guest Home also boasts a second, spacious guest bedroom, and the two bedrooms in the Guest House share a spectacular spa-like bathroom that includes an 8 jet body spray rain shower and a separate spa tub. The Upper Level of the Guest Home includes a large loft area just above the landing, with 2 queen beds and a private seating area. It is a great play space for children and has plenty of room for adult guests as well. All in all, there is not such a stunning residence in the Keys!
