The three bedroom / 3 full bathroom main house has been updated white retaining its Olde Florida Classic style. The recent addition of the guest house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Collectively the home can accommodate up to 14 guests. This family beach estate offers endless an array of outdoor activities including a heated/chilled pool, putting green, zip line, tree fort, a private sandy beach, green egg grill, dockage for your boat, hammocks and sun lounge chairs to relax. Our concierge can arrange for you to rent kayaks, paddle boards, and/or bikes which can be dropped off and picked up up right at the property. When staying at the estate you will be in easy walking distance to Lazy Days Restaurant, which offers exquisite seafood and oceanfront dining. Bud N’ Mary’s Fishing Marina, the oldest & largest fishing fleet in the Florida Keys fishing industry, is also in walking distance and offers fishing charters, boat rentals & a dive shop.
