The property enjoys a new kitchen and an updated interior with a brand new pool in the back yard. A 125' of seawall and a step down area allows for easy access from the dock to the water . Guests can enjoy launching their for kayak, paddleboard,or small boats. Enjoy a spacious living area, and fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath with a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom has a queen size bed and the third has 2 twin beds. A hall bath with shower is conveniently located for the bedrooms and the living areas. A large flat panel TV has been situated in the living area and the bedrooms. Cool tile floors make for a cool home. This home has a bait freezer.
