The interior has been beautifully updated, featuring a kitchenette on the bottom floor (without a stove) and a fully equipped second-floor kitchen with stainless steel appliances. For entertaining, there's an upstairs mini bar and a pool table.
Outside, the home features a private boat ramp for jet skis and small boats, a swim ladder, a 65-foot dock with 50-amp power, and a fish cleaning station.
