Step into this charming 1940s-era cottage, where the original Florida Keys charm has been thoughtfully preserved and tastefully updated. This welcoming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom retreat offers a cozy and authentic island experience. As you approach, you'll be greeted by screened-in porches at both entrances, each shaded by lush tropical landscaping. Inside, the cottage comfortably sleeps six guests. The master bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers two queen beds. A bathroom with a shower and tub is conveniently located off the hallway between the two bedrooms. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Personal safes, linens (including beach towels), a filtered water dispenser, and a gas grill with complimentary propane are all provided for your convenience. To help you start your vacation, complimentary paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, and toiletries are supplied. Additionally, renters can enjoy complimentary laundry service (wash and fold) at a nearby laundromat under the same ownership. Please note that a washer and dryer are not located in the home.
