This updated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury vacation home offers beach lovers, golfers and boaters the ultimate retreat. The home offers 50 feet of deep water dockage with direct access to the Atlantic Ocean. The master bedroom features a king bed with an en suite bathroom. The bright and spacious Master bathroom has a separate shower & jaccuzi tub. Upstairs guest bedroom will have one bedroom with a king and twin sleeper, the other bedroom will have a queen and twin sleeper. There is a laundry upstairs as well. Downstairs. There is also a sonos sound system that you can use as well. You will just have to download the app to your phone and then connect to the house account. There is a ice machine and bait freezer. Assigned parking is for a maximum of 3 cars. The driveway will fit 2 vehicles. Then off to the left hand side of the house there is a gravel area that can hold another vehicle & trailer depending on size. Dock: 50ft. (strict 1 boat max.) Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property MAY accommodate more than one boat for an additional fee. BOAT LIFTS ARE NOT FOR GUEST USE.
