This retreat is a stunning 4 bedroom and 2.5 bath home with a resort-like feel in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Plantation Key. It can comfortably host up to eight guests with one king bedroom and three queen bedrooms. As you enter the home, you will be impressed by the spacious and modern design and the large windows that showcase the pool and dock views. Every window in the house has new, advanced films that block 99% of UV rays and harsh sunlight. Plus, each window has motorized blinds that you can adjust manually or electronically. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook up a storm, including Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, a coffee station and an island with bar stools. The inviting living area opens to the backyard for seamless indoor/outdoor living and entertainment. Enjoy the covered outdoor kitchen with a wet bar, beverage fridge, Weber grill, dining table, mosquito misting system and TV for your viewing pleasure. Relax in the sun on one of the ergonomic loungers or cool off in the pool, which has a heater/chiller. There is also a handy outdoor shower around the corner. If you have a boat, you can use the 70' feet of concrete dockage with direct access to the bay and easy ocean access through Snake Creek or Tavernier Creek, both just a short ride away. The dock also has fresh water, 120V, 30A & 50A shore power. The house is close to some amazing restaurants such as Old Tavernier, a local’s favorite since 1988. Try brunch at Made-to-Order and treat yourself to waffles, pancakes, and mimosas. Stop by Mar Bar for happy hour and fresh cracked stone crab claws. Florida Keys Dive Center is one mile away where you can learn scuba diving or go snorkeling for an afternoon! A quick five minute drive north will take you to Tavernier Towne Plaza which has grocery shopping, pharmacy, post office, restaurants, movie theater and more! Downtown Islamorada is just 10 minutes south which offers endless restaurants, breweries, shopping, activities and another grocery option. Key West is a scenic two hour drive south.
