This luxury three bedrooms, 3.5 bathroom offers a well appointed kitchen, large spacious living room, large pool and a half a mile from the picturesque Sombrero Beach. When entering the property you will be impressed by the bright natural light that highlights the custom grand staircase leading to the upstairs level. The main floor will contain the spacious living room, dining room, half bath, large kitchen and laundry. In the kitchen you will find stainless steel appliances, two fridge/freezers, wine fridge, double oven and so much more. There are ample cabinets and a walk in pantry for all your groceries and cooking needs. There is a half bath located on the main floor as well. Off to the left side of the house you will find the laundry area and a small room with twin pull out chair.
Three more bedrooms and three more full bathrooms are located on the upper level and is home to the opulent master bedroom suite that king bed, en suite bathroom and en suite private study plus a balcony too! The master bathroom has both a stand alone shower and tub plus double sink vanity. Both guest bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and one will have a queen bed and the other will have a full/double bed.
Amenities will include: TVs, Wifi, Cable/Satellite, dockage, private pool, linens provided, gas grill, lounge chairs, & so much more

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.
