The great room, which wraps around an open chef's kitchen and full bar, includes spacious formal and casual dining areas. The large impact glass windows and 10' glass doors provide breathtaking open water views from almost every room. A fantastic indoor-outdoor sunroom and kitchen with top-of-the-line Lynx appliances and a multi-zoned audio system make entertaining a breeze. Carport parking is available for at least five vehicles. Sleeping arrangements at the estate accommodate up to 14 guests. The Master Bedroom features a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, two nightstands, a sitting area with a sofa and two chairs, a 50" Smart TV (which raises from the console), and a large walk-in closet with laundry facilities. Guest Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed, a nightstand, a dresser, a 50" Smart TV, and a walk-in closet. Guest Bedroom #2 features a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, two nightstands, a 60" Smart TV (which raises from the console), a chair, and a walk-in closet. The living room offers a sofa, loveseat, two chairs, and a 60" Smart TV (which raises from the console). The great room features an 85" Smart TV, a surround sound system, a sofa, and two chairs. The dining room boasts a dining table with seating for eight, while the fully equipped kitchen includes all necessary items to prepare and serve a meal, as well as a microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, and blender. The Guest House is comprised of three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Guest House Bedroom #1 includes two twin-size beds, two nightstands, a dresser, a 50" Smart TV, and a wall closet. Guest House Bedroom #2 features two queen-size beds, a nightstand with a lamp, a wall closet, and a 50" Smart TV. Guest House Bedroom #3 includes a king-size bed, two nightstands with lamps, a wall closet, and a 50" Smart TV.
