Upstairs is the one bed one bath residence with a king size bed in the bedroom and queen size pullout couch in the living room area that can accommodate up to four guests. There are two additional studios on the upper level each with a King size bed, kitchenette and private bathroom and across the courtyard are 2 additional studios again each features a king size bed, kitchenette and private bathroom. When renting the entire residence the total number of guests is 18.
