You'll find not one, but two fully-equipped kitchens, with the chef's kitchen standing as a testament to culinary grandeur, boasting custom cabinets, granite countertops, and top-tier stainless appliances including a Sub Zero fridge and a six-burner gas stove. With three generously sized living areas and six expansive bedrooms, this property provides ample space for relaxation. Upstairs, three bedrooms grant access to private balconies. The main room, complete with a TV, desk, and en-suite bathroom, offers comfort and convenience. Another bedroom on this level also includes a TV and en-suite bathroom. On the main floor, a fourth bedroom features balcony access and a desk, while the fifth bedroom also opens onto a balcony and offers an en-suite bathroom. For your convenience, a cafe, casual dining options, and a dine-in restaurant are within a short drive, as well as essential services like gas stations and supermarkets, ensuring your stay is both luxurious and convenient. Boat lift is not for guest use. Owners boat will be on the lift. Home has a pool heater that can be turned on for a fee with a 24 hour notice. Home has plenty of parking for the cars and trucks. Garage will be locked and not available for guest use. Back room of the garage will be unlocked and able for renters to use to store their boating items and it has a bait freezer and ice machine and half bath for their use.
