This home is brand new, with large living spaces, modern kitchen and loads of amenities. Private Pool and 45 ft of dockage for your boat. 2 kayaks, Extra Refrigerator, Fish Cleaning Station and Deep Freezer for your catch, Grill and a gated back yard.
You won't be disappointed in this home, with a large living and dining area, open kitchen design and a half bath on this level. There is a large porch off the rear of the house with access to the pool and deck area next to the dock.
The bedrooms are all on the upper floor with each bedroom having their own on suite baths. The Master bedroom is luxurious with a king size bed and an on suite bathroom with a tub and shower, and ocean views when you wake up in the morning. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with its own on suite bath. The third bedroom also has a queen size bed with its own on suite as well.
The Swimming pool is private with pool heat available in the winter.
Lots of things to do and see in Marathon, with a short drive to Islamorada or Key West. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by.
