This home is located landside of Sombrero Light. If you take your boat or rent a boat it is a Lighthouse located on the incredible Living reef right off of Marathon and located in the Atlantic Ocean which has incredible Snorkeling and Diving. Snorkeling is one of the "must-do on your list" while visiting the beautiful Florida Keys! Sombrero Lighthouse is like swimming in an aquarium. Exquisite! This beautiful and spacious home can get you there quickly has Sombrero Light is a couple of miles offshore by boat. If you are wanting a sandy beach Sombrero Beach is about half a mile away from this home. Deepwater dockage with boating access to the Atlantic Ocean or the Gulf of Mexico thru Sister's Creek or Boot Key Harbour. Restaurants and Fuel docks are located in the Boot Key Harbour area. This home has two floors of spacious living. Spacious outdoor living, Nice Size Pool. 100 ft of usable Dock with a 4-foot draft. Open floor plans and spacious rooms. As you walk in the front door you have an open concept living area with an Open Living room, Kitchen, and dining areas. Kitchen bar with 4 stools, outdoor dining on the deck right off the kitchen. The living room and each bedroom has their own TV. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed with a private bath. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. One bedroom has two Twin beds and the fourth bedroom has a king-size bed. There is a pullout sofa too. The pool deck has loungers and umbrella outdoor living areas with an outdoor seating area and BBQ. All you need is a bathing suit and a toothbrush. This home has everything you need to have a fabulous vacation! 7-night minimum, NO EXCEPTIONS Max Occupancy: 10 (NO MATTER THE AGE) Per the city of Marathon's rule of 2 per bedroom plus 2.
