Enjoy easy access to fishing, water sports, state parks, and that gorgeous drive over Seven Mile Bridge. Grab some coffee and start the day in one of the swinging chairs on your patio, overlooking the water. The kitchen enjoys plenty of counter space and top of the line appliances and all you will need for dining and entertaining during your stay. Dine in the enclosed lanai. Guests will enjoy access to the Cabana Club, a private swim club with a pool, private beach access, a poolside bar and lounge, full bar, beach shop, restaurant, and snack bar. Whether it’s a sunrise jog in the neighborhood, or a glorious sunset on the patio, your Florida Keys retreat is awaiting your arrival. Access for up to 6 guests at Cabana Beach Club just a couple minutes by car, 5 minutes by bike, or 15 minute walk. Parking Notes: There is room for four cars and one trailer to park at this home. No RVs allowed. Dock Details: the dock can accommodate up to a 37' boat.
