Six bedroom, 7 1/2 bath with a 45ft. deep water T dock. Resort style extra large pool & hot tub overlooking the water. There are multiple outdoor entertaining areas. All 6 bedrooms come with a custom en suite bathroom. 3 king, 2 queen and 2 twin beds. There is a TV in every bedroom. Pull out couch in the living room. 2 bedrooms on the main level each with a king size bed. Custom Granite in the kitchen and living room with an open room concept. TV’s are as follows, one 65″, 5 50″ and 1 43″. Fantastic water views from the kitchen. The full outdoor kitchen includes a BBQ grill, commercial ice machine, bait freezer and fish cleaning table for all your fishing needs. Resident Tarpon and sea turtles live in the lagoon behind the house.(you might even see manatees and lobsters). Double washers and dryers in the large laundry room downstairs. 4 Kayaks with a custom kayak dock launch for your use. Please note parking for 3 vehicles only.
