Both bedrooms open to private balconies, offering panoramic views of the inviting pool, private dock, and expansive open water. Note: There is no interior staircase between them. Descending to the lower level, you'll find two additional bedrooms – one furnished with a queen bed and the other with a twin trundle bed. These guest bedrooms share a well-appointed bathroom with a shower-tub combination. Additionally, two bonus rooms provide extra sleeping space with a queen bed and two twin beds. Downstairs, a second laundry, a convenient kitchenette, and two living room spaces enhance the overall comfort. Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for tailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows one boat at the dock & only one trailer on property.
