BED CONFIGURATION: The king bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with mini-split AC and tub/shower combination. The living room sleeper sofa is ideal for a child or guest.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES: French doors open from the bedroom onto the first-floor porch. The shared backyard features a gas grill, washer and dryer, lush garden, back deck with chaise lounge chairs, and an outdoor dining set.
PARKING: On-site parking is available for one small car, along with a bicycle rack for convenience. Note the home is on a tiny one-way lane.
LOCATION: In Historic Old Town, north of Truman and two blocks from Duval Street, you'll be near Key West’s top attractions, restaurants, shops, and galleries. The neighborhood features historic homes, including shotgun and conch styles, placing you right in the heart of the action.
PETS: One dog up to 25 lbs is allowed for an additional fee and completion of a Pet Information addendum. Dogs must be at least 1 year old, spayed/neutered, and up-to-date on vaccinations. Some breeds are not permitted. Sorry, cats are not allowed.
