You'll be across the street from a neighborhood park and basketball court, and up the road from the community's tennis courts and golf course. The Cabana Club is only half a mile south, where you'll have a guest membership for the private pool and beach.

Parking notes: Only one recreational vehicle, boat, utility, personal watercraft trailer, or trailer of any type may be parked within the property boundaries per dwelling. The owner of the trailer must be the owner/renter of the property. Temporary boat trailer parking may be available in the designated area off 8th Street for a fee paid at City Hall. The overall boat length is not to exceed the waterfront property lines available with the house. The overall boat length of a boat includes the outboard motor in the tilt-up position and the pulpit and anchor. 3 parking spaces in front of the home.
Dock details: This home has two dockage spaces - one is 22 feet long (dock) and the other is 39 feet (seawall). There is a central line on the home which equates to the center line on the dock. From the center of the property to the right belongs to this side of the duplex. From the center of the property to the left belongs the other side.
