This stunning vacation home is located in magnificent Marathon. and enjoys large windows and modern furnishings and fixtures, appliances, textured walls, and so much more. The main floor hosts the comfortable living room with two sofas, a flat screen TV, and a half bath too. The spacious kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a double-wide fridge! Off the kitchen is the laundry room which has a washer and dryer and a small sink. The kitchen island features a booth style dining table with seating for up to 6 guests. Two sleeper sofas too.
Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms and two more bathrooms. The main bedroom features a stunning 180-degree view, a huge TV, King-size bed, and a lovely en suite bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features built in bunk style beds, these are queen beds. Each bedroom enjoys their own private TV and fan. There is also a pull out bed and a desk. The guest bathroom is located in the hall by the stairs and has a large soaking tub and quartz wall that lights up with different colors! The unit does not come with a grill.
There is an assigned spot under the unit where guests are to park all vehicles & trailers. The parking spot is about 8 feet high and 40 feet long. There is no on-site trailer storage or extra vehicle parking. NO RVS OR MOTORHOMES.
Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.
