One unique feature: The fully furnished living room and dining room are actually outdoors next to the pool on the giant rear terrace, under a roof but walled only by curtains. This terrace has a beautiful cane ceiling, one dining table for eight and one for four, plush couches, chairs, and coffee tables.
Three bedrooms have queen beds, one has two twins, and all have air conditioning and ceiling fans. One of them has a TV. And the artwork throughout the house is exceptional; the central hallway feels like an art gallery.
