The large ground floor living area of is convertible by a wooden retractable wall, creating a 5th bedroom with pull out bed and private bath. Also on the first floor is a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, with stunning granite counter tops and giant windows that flood the room with tropical sunshine. The entire top floor is a matrimonial suite, complete with Jacuzzi tub, a California king, and some living room furniture. The other three rooms on the second floor have queen size beds and the convertible room on the lower level has a pull out standard size bed. There is a separate parking in the back and a private entrance. The dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove with oven are all stainless steel. All the appliances, cooking and serving items have been tastefully chosen. A laundry room with washer/dryer and laundry sink open off of the kitchen with a half bath at the base of the stairs. An arched doorway with relief ceiling leads from the living area to the hall and the base of the majestic stone stairway that curls around itself as it leads to the second and third level. There are three bedrooms on the second level. Two identical rooms with queen size beds share a bathroom between them and each open on to a rounded patio overlooking the tropical forest foliage. One has an ocean view overlooking Tamarindo Bay and the pool. The forest foliage to the back and side of the house is often frequented by a friendly group of monkeys. Up another flight of stairs is the fabulous master/matrimonial suite, which makes up the entire third level of the house. A double sized patio door makes almost an entire glass wall facing the sunset. From this height, the beach at the south point of Tamarindo Bay is visible, including Captain Island and the seascape horizon. A spacious bathroom doubles as a spa with a Jacuzzi tub on one side. During certain times of the year, a four wheel drive car may be needed to access the house via car. Tucked at the end of the street, this is a perfect spot to escape the world and enjoy the peace, quiet, and serenity that await you!!!
