Base Area (within a mile, no ski access): The Ranch at Steamboat is located just to the west of the Steamboat Ski area, above the Rollingstone Ranch golf course. A private shuttle (winter only) is available to guests for transportation to and from the ski area, shopping and dining. This two level, Three Bedroom, Three Bath condominium has mountain and valley views with two private decks and electric barbeque. The main level has the living room, kitchen and two bedrooms, with the master bedroom upstairs. There is seating for eight at the dining room table plus two bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living area has a 42" flat screen TV with a DVD player as well as a wood burning fireplace. The master bedroom has a King size bed, a 25" TV and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a King size bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. Please note: The owner of this residence has dogs, so if you are highly allergic, please consider another residence. Onsite amenities include a fitness center, outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, men's and ladies' saunas, and four outdoor tennis courts. Please note that the pool and hot tubs are open during winter and summer months only. Arrangements can be made to use the onsite conference room, as well as the catering service that utilizes the onsite professional-grade kitchen.
