Located just three blocks from Gondola Square, and steps away from the shuttle, you are in a perfect spot to enjoy all that Steamboat Springs has to offer. This is the home base for families, friends and groups to gather while still having privacy (private bedrooms/ baths upstairs and down). The unit features recently remodeled bathrooms, new lighting, heating, and ceiling fans, and a brand new in-unit laundry room. The vaulted ceilings and skylights offer an abundance of natural light. The first floor has an open kitchen layout with all of the amenities you need to feel at home, including granite counter tops and a breakfast bar. The master bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor, while the living area has a gas fireplace and cozy furnishings.
