Only a 5 min stroll takes you to the beach where you can enjoy unspoiled coral reefs and an array of water activities.
The living area, dining area, five bedrooms and outdoor terrace each have balconies with stunning 250+ degree sea views. On a clear day you can see St Croix to the South and Puerto Rico to the West and you will be located only only a 20 min drive to downtown for dining and shopping. Enjoy alfresco dining on the terrace furnished with a gas grill, a dining table and chairs. The dining area has a 12 ft dining table and close by is a living area with two comfy white sofas and media centers. Further to the left an archway leads to 3 air conditioned bedrooms ( 2 king and 1 bunkbed) and 2 bathrooms. The king bedroom with forest views has a separate outdoor entrance. The main level has Italian ceramic tiles on the floors, with scattered rugs and natural wood ceilings. Furnishings are largely mahogany.
Take the stylishly curved staircase up to the 5 air conditioned bedrooms, four bedrooms with a 4 poster, king size bed and en-suite bath, and its own private balcony with sea and island views. The fifth bedroom has a fun bunk bed. Full on bottom/twin on top. The Pool Level overlooks the lower level gardens and the Caribbean Sea and is surrounded by a beautiful new patio and an outdoor shower. As mentioned walk down to the beach at Mermaids Chair from which you can take a short hike across Little St Thomas to natural boulder rock pools washed by the sea. A mile walk will take you to Sandy Bay beach.
