Access to the property is through an electric gate with a keypad. The house and parking area are situated at the end of a beautifully lit 150-foot concrete and gravel driveway. As the property is newly constructed, some of the landscaping is still in progress. We've planted some essential herbs, but the fruits are still immature. The house boasts a six-foot wide wrap-around cantilevered balcony with 180-degree ocean views of Inner & Outer Brass Islands, both inside and out! The entry-level floor features an open-plan kitchen, dining, and sitting area. The master bedroom and bathroom are adjacent with sliding barn doors.
The lower level bedroom, bathroom, and laundry closet are accessible via 15 exterior steps. Although the outdoor walkways have beautiful wood-textured ceramic tiles and are covered by a four-foot roof overhang, rain can make some surfaces slippery. Therefore, it's best to wait until everyone in the party is aged about 12 or older before booking, as the property does not offer baby or youngster-friendly accommodations. For safety and security, CCTV cameras record outdoor areas locally and to the cloud, but their fields of vision do not cover any indoor areas or the outdoor shower.
