Welcome to our luxury five bedroom rental villa located on the beautiful Island of St. Thomas in the USVI. This beautiful villa is located on a ridge 300 ft. above town. This affords views of the captivating Charlotte Amalie harbour with cruise ships, yachts and marine ports. This villa is a very airy and bright property and guests will enjoy the Caribbean breezes that flow through, ensuring guests are cool and comfortable at all times. Guests are able to enjoy some of the fruits from the old & new trees, seasonal mangoes (May through Sep), all year round papayas, bananas & passion fruit among others. The 4 post king size beds, night stands, kitchen cabinetry, tables, shelves, handrails, stairs, windows & door frames are made and crafted using local mahogany wood. Outdoor furniture is mostly teak, including a nicely cushioned Bali Bed with lots of pillows located in the Veranda. The villa includes four equal master bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is located on the lower level, giving easy access. There are no steps to this bedroom, which may suit an older guest. The other three master bedrooms are located on the upper level. All bedrooms are equal, meaning everyone gets the best room. All of the master bedrooms have wall mounted air conditioning units and include a King Size Bed. There is wifi throughout the villa and bedrooms. The comfortable bedrooms feature a wall mounted HDTV, en-suite bathroom (toilet & easy step in shower) with his & hers washbowls, spacious walk-in closets, private balcony and an iPhone docking station with digital radio and an alarm clock. There is a quaint and simple studio apartment with a Queen Size bed, kitchenette and bathroom (bathtub & toilet) located below the House and is perfect for or a nanny, chef or in-laws. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a 6 burner Viking gas stove/oven, a French style refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, espresso & regular coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender & much more. It also has a breakfast corner with pool & harbour views as well as a wet bar (ice maker, wine cooler, wine rack & sink) which is also accessible from the outdoor terrace and pool areas. There is an infinity edge solar heated pool from where you will enjoy views of the harbour and town vistas as well as cruise ships' sunrise arrivals and sundown departures. Inside the dining room table accommodates 8 adults and there is also plenty of outside seating in the 75 ft. long veranda, including a picnic table. A list of private chefs and catering services are available from owners.
