Luxury vacation villa located on the fairway of the 18 hole Championship Golf Course of Cap Estate. In addition of boasting an excellent location, the villa offers fantastic views of the Golf Course and up to the Caribbean Sea. Fenced and gated, the villa is surrounded by one acre landscaped garden planted with palm trees and tropical flowers. The terraces around offer some spacious lounge and al fresco dinning areas ideal for family/friend moments and also private porches with a seating area to enjoy some "me" time. The swimming pool has fantastic views of the golf course, the sea and the mountains around and invites guests to relax, slipping a topical cocktail on a long-chair. Built on three levels, this home offers generous rooms open out on to the shaded terraces. The main floor consists of the living room, elegantly furnished with comfortable sofas, TV and sound system, the fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms beautifully decorated with en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. The upper floor consists of the master bedroom suite, the lower floor has an additional bedroom and a game room with pool table, table tennis board, TV with access to the swimming pool area. The rental rates include: Welcome upon arrival and villa orientation, housekeeping service 6 times per week (8.30am > 3.30pm), pool technician weekly, gardener regularly, villa manager on call and utilities (water, electricity, BBQ gas /charcoal, WiFi internet coverage). Provisions and staff gratuities are not included in the rates. Getting to the villa : A driver will meet the guests at the airport and drive them to the villa (additional cost).
