Additional, covered outside seating areas are located along the front of the great room and are perfect for enjoying the fabulous ocean views.
The main house enjoys a gourmet kitchen complete with custom built mahogany cabinetry, granite counters and all of the appliances and amenities expected in a high-end facility. The indoor dining area and open air great room are conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen and are surrounded by elegant louvered doors and windows. The dining area enjoys a spacious seating for 8 persons and the centerpiece spiral LED light fixture over the table is spectacular and not to be missed! The living area features comfortable seating highlighted by a large, flat screen Smart TV for viewing cable television programming as well as favorite streaming services. Doors from the great room provide direct access to the front seating areas and the outside dining area - all of which are completely covered for shade from the warm Caribbean sun.
A comfortable seating area awaits just inside the twin, double louvered entry doors with the amazing custom mahogany room divider as a backdrop between the entry and the bedroom. The air conditioned master bedroom features an elegant king size bed highlighted by the 'back side' of the room divider. This space also includes a stylish daybed suitable for a small child, if the parents want her nearby. This side of the room divider offers numerous drawers for clothing and the built-in Smart TV for viewing favorite programming from the comfort of bed. The beautiful en suite bathroom features a large closet/wardrobe, a double sink vanity and an elegant over large shower area with dual shower heads!
The two guest bedrooms are conveniently located in the building adjacent to the pool and are accessed via a covered walkway from the entrance and the main building. Each of these air conditioned bedrooms are comfortably queen size beds with matching furniture and Smart TV's connected to cable television programming.
