The second floor air conditioned bedroom is located over the main house and is accessed via an exterior custom stone staircase. This bedroom features a queen sized bed, HDTV with satellite TV programming, a DVD player and en suite bath with tub/shower. A tiled deck from this guest bedroom features glorious views of the Caribbean Sea and is the perfect location for morning coffee or 'sundowner' cocktails in the evening.
The air conditioned main house is entered through double mahogany doors anchored by by native stone arches leading into a comfortable living room and dining area. Two walls of the great room feature custom made 8 ft mahogany louvered doors which allow dramatic views over the pool deck and the gardens surrounding this lovely villa as well as allowing the refreshing trade wind breezes to permeate the interior of the great room.
The custom built, fully equipped gourmet kitchen enjoys stainless steel appliances, a gas stove and all you will need for cooking and entertaining during your stay.
