Situated on the southwest end of the bay, this beachfront villa is an ideal retreat for newlyweds, families, and small groups. Conveniently close to Cruz Bay's main town, shopping, dining, and the renowned North Shore beaches of the National Parks, this 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath villa on the beach seamlessly blends sophistication with romantic tropical charm. The expansive 45 x 14 pool, 52" deep with bench seating and 3500 sq. ft. of decking, creates a luxurious outdoor oasis. The upper deck boasts a concrete table with comfortable sling chairs, while the lower deck features a picnic table for six on both levels. For added safety, a gate has been installed at the top of the stairs. The sister home below, accommodating six guests, can be rented with the our rental for larger family gatherings, providing ample space for up to 14 or 15 guests. Recent upgrades include the entire exterior repaint, pool resurfacing with new glass tile and coral coping, and new cushioned chaise lounges. The kitchen, a gourmet's delight, features Corian countertops, mahogany cabinets, and ocean-view cooking. Equipped with a refrigerator, gas top range and oven, dishwasher, microwave, and various amenities, it's ideal for the gourmet chef.
