Property Features
Be one of the first guests to share our island home. Once you arrive in our 1700 ft.² home, you may never want to leave. The house is newly remodeled top to bottom. Inside you will find 2 separate and private master bedrooms, each with full bathrooms, showers, and individual AC units. The great room has an open kitchen, expansive dining peninsula, and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and can satisfy any needs from cooking full meals, to a place to spread your snacks and drinks. The living room has a 50 inch TV with dish connection. A CD player with Bluetooth capability is there for your use. Just off the great room there is a half bath and laundry area for your convenience. Once you step out onto the deck, you may not want to go back inside. Enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets in comfort while overlooking an unobstructed view of the Caribbean ocean. From your vantage point on the deck you can watch the pelicans and other birds dive for their meals, watch turtles, sea rays, dolphins and even occasionally a small shark in the water below (for best viewing bring a pair of polarizing glasses). If you need to cool off, take a dip in our plunge pool. If you want sun or shade there is all the room you need on our 1500 ft.² deck.
