This one bedroom rental is in a small complex of 6 units. To access this second floor rental you have a private entrance and patio area. No other rental uses this private entrance or patio area. Comfortable furnishings and a fully equipped modern kitchen. In the bedroom there is an Antique King Mahogany 4 poster bed. There is a Queen Murphy bed. There is NO AC in this unit. It also has a very unique bathroom located inside a brick chimney. Because of this special feature, THE WATER PRESSURE IS LOW in the shower. We are located right in town, and there is noise from the streets on the weekends at times, ESPECIALLY during Christmas Festival. Large shared courtyard with new swimming pool and BBQ area. Outdoor showers, scuba gear rinse off area, and very tropical setting. Please note this complex is SMOKE FREE.
