Situated in the quiet hillside neighborhood of Petite Saline, looking out over the picturesque Lorient Bay, this villa offers modern comfort and stunning views. You can see the far western end of St. Barth as well as the islands of St. Maarten and Anguilla on a clear day. The open living and dining area features a contemporary design not typically found in a Caribbean villa. The dining table provides seating for 10, and the front living area offers comfortable seating for reading or relaxing and taking in the view. In air-conditioned rear living area, closed off by sliding glass doors, you will find a comfortable sofas for watching TV. Two of the bedrooms are upstairs. The first one is on one side of the living room and the second one, nearby the first one, has a separate entrance accessible from the outside. The two other bedrooms are located downstairs. All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom. The half-moon infinity pool is surrounded by a teak deck that makes it the ideal spot for relaxing in the sun and admiring the panoramic view.
