Parking notes: This home is located on a beachfront sand road and only 4x4 accessible. All-wheel drive will not be sufficient and you will get stuck. There is also an option to park a half-mile away from the property.
>It is recommended that you arrive during daylight hours to navigate the all-sand road to the property. There is a 'Road Closed' sign as you turn on to the road. This road is only accessible by 4x4 and is roped off. Please replace rope when through the road entryway.
No driving on the dunes and/or beach allowed. No motorized vehicles allowed anywhere but on designated sand road to/from home.
Upon arrival at the property, there is parking for 4 vehicles near the home (on sand)
