The interior of this light, bright and spacious home is gorgeous, with elegant furnishings and tiled floors throughout. Many windows and glass doors let natural lighting come flooding in, while multiple ceiling fans and AC offer a delightful respite from the hot Florida sunshine. Two separate seating areas with HDTVs give everyone a choice on movie night, while a living room fireplace is perfect for taking the chill off after an evening walk on the beach. There are even two separate dining areas, plus a wide breakfast bar with seating for four more! The kitchen is gorgeous, with warm wood cabinets, gleaming granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware, dinnerware, drinkware, and everything else you’d need for eating in. A handy half-bath saves steps, while the laundry room with washer and dryer helps you keep your swimsuits dry and leave lots of room in your luggage for souvenirs.
Upstairs the four gorgeous bedrooms are gateways to a perfect night’s rest. The primary bedroom is huge, with a sumptuous king-size bed, large HDTV you can see from both the bed and a cozy private seating area and a private balcony. Leave the doors open and let the sound of the surf soothe you to sleep, and step outside to fill your lungs with the salt-tinged air when you wake up! As for the en suite bathroom…it’s like your own private spa! Dominating the space is an incredible pedestal soaking tub, but don’t worry – a separate, beautifully tiled stall is there if a shower is more your thing. The commode is also off in its own private nook, while the vanity has dual sinks for optimum convenience. Bedrooms two and three are also studies in luxury, with a king-size bed in bedroom two and a queen-size bed in bedroom three. Both offer balcony access, beautiful en suite full bathrooms, and HDTVs. The third bedroom is ideal for the kids, with a set of full-size bunk beds and private TV to help them wind down at the end of a busy day of having fun, and a fourth full bathroom that’s all their own.
