Access is via elevator to the second floor with entry into a tiled foyer with desk and chair. There is tile flooring throughout, except for carpeted bedrooms. The kitchen, dining and living areas are an open floor plan. The kitchen has plenty of granite countertops, and everything is available in this kitchen to whip up gourmet meals, or just snacks or toast and coffee in the morning. All you have to do is bring the food! Appliances are all black and include a dishwasher, range with oven, above-counter microwave and side by side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the door. A kitchen pass-through bar is next to the dining area side. The adjacent dining area has a rectangular table seating six on an area rug, as well as buffet. This flows out into the comfortable living area with a ceiling fan, queen sleeper sofa, end tables, lamps, two side chairs and coffee table on an area rug, opposite which is a credenza with large flat screen TV. Expansive sliding glass doors provide access to the lanai, furnished with a patio table and four chairs.
The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a ceiling fan and is furnished with a king-size bed, nightstands with lamps, double dresser with lamp, corner chair with ottoman and credenza bookcase with flat screen TV. One window looks out over the lanai. The large en suite bathroom has dual vanities and lavatories with plenty of storage space beneath, full wall mirror, a corner walk-in shower with glass wall and glass door, as well as a corner garden tub. All towels and linens are provided. The first guest bedroom has a queen-size bed with nightstands and lamps and a ceiling fan. There is a shared bathroom with the third guest bedroom that has a combination tub/shower, vanity and lavatory with plenty of storage space beneath. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids and has twin beds, desk and chair with lamp and a ceiling fan.
