As you enter, you'll be greeted by an inviting living area, a well-equipped kitchen with updated appliances, and an adjacent dining area for six. Of the three bedrooms, one is a primary suite with a private bathroom offering a jetted bathtub. One of the two guest rooms is ideal for children, offering custom-built bunk beds. This condo is a family-friendly, beachfront complex with all the amenities you hope for in sunny Florida. There are two swimming pools (one is oceanfront and the other is heated), a sauna, a great workout room, tennis courts, and a playground. A private walkway leads you over the dunes (look for turtles and rabbits in the lush undergrowth!) and down to the pristine white sand. And then the relaxation really begins! Nearby St. Augustine is a must-see, with its rich history as the nation's oldest city teeming with museums, tours, historical sites, and award-winning food. Just south is the family-friendly community of Flagler Beach, offering oceanfront restaurants, bars, and a fantastic farmers market on Fridays and Saturdays.
