The main house is comprised of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms flooded with natural light and beautifully decorated. Floor to ceiling glass doors in the main living and dining area open to expansive grounds with stunning views over the solar heated lap pool and jacuzzi. The home enjoys a stylish, open layout, a fully equipped chef’s kitchen featuring a Viking Gas Range with 6 Burners and dual ovens as well as a spacious butler’s pantry.Heated with hydronic radiant floor heating, and outfitted with brand new energy-efficient air conditioning during the summer, season. There is a separate laundry room. The adjacent Pool House comes with a vine-covered outdoor shower and an in-ground spa.The entire grounds are served by brand new solar power and backup generators to keep power and services in force year-round. EV charging for 2 cars in the main car park. Guest House The guest cottage is a 1,400 square foot, romantically renovated 1920’s farmhouse with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a loft with a bonus Queen bed and Double futon.Large, original windows provide views of the gardens on all sides and flood the home with natural light. The fully equipped kitchen features a vintage O’Keefe and Merritt range. A beautiful wrap-around covered porch overlooks the rose gardens and offers perfect indoor-outdoor flow. The home is heated through central air, and during the winter. The cottage also has its own laundry area located just outside the kitchen nook. Adjacent the guest cottage is a groomed lawn lit up with string lights for al fresco dining, and a generous screened in porch. **NOTE: the stairs to the loft bedroom are short and not designed for toddlers or those with walking issues. The property is 6+ acres and surrounded on three sides by large vineyards, with neighbors with whom we share a mutual respect for abiding by local noise ordinances. The home is located on a working vineyard, so there is work at the front of the property, where the grapes are located, as well as sulfur sprayed on a weekly basis. The vineyard is organically farmed, so all activity is free of harmful chemicals. **Pool is heated only by request from May through the end of October. If you would like to heat the pool during the off season, please inquire about the additional fee to heat the pool. Hot tub remains hot and available for your use all year round** Please note both properties can be booked separately.
