•Please note that pool heat is not available between May and September.
•Pool heat is available for an additional fee and needs to be requested at least 72hours before your stay.
•Due to the extreme risk of wildfires in this area all outdoor burning and smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Violations will be fined per our House Rules.
•Please keep exterior noise to a minimum. Amplified music is not allowed outdoors.
•Be aware that wildlife like insects and snakes may be present around this property. Our team does their best to check the home before your arrival, but we recommend keeping the doors & windows closed during your stay.
•Please note, the road leading up to the home is one lane and rather windy. Please watch speed and drive carefully.
•Please be aware that there are connectivity issues with the Wifi due to the location of this home. This home is on satellite wifi so it may run slow when too many devices are using the network at once.
•AC temperature should not be set below 72 degrees for extended periods of time so as to prevent HVAC maintenance issues.
•Please note that a roadside vegetation management project is set to start on September 18 (lasting roughly 4-6 weeks). It will start at Brazil Street and will continue up the road to the lower Birch gate, which will include The Loop. Please NOTE: The work will take place roughly 5-6 days during each week, weather permitting.
•Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
Parking Details:
No more than 4 cars can fit on the driveway.
The garage is not available for guest use.
There is absolutely no parking on the street. It obstructs the path of cars should there be an emergency.
