This stunning estate home is nestled along the hillside a mere 10 minutes from town! A stunning four bedroom 2. 5 bathroom luxury home offering a wonderful wine country getaway. The expansive backyard has a private heated pool, hot tub, and putting green! The gourmet kitchen has a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large island. When it's time to dine, the table seats up to 10. Detailed with custom woodwork, vaulted ceilings, and picture windows, the living room is the ideal place to cozy up with a good book or gather with friends around the wood-burning fireplace. The family room provides a smart TV for movie nights. The mountain-view primary suite features a king bed, a desk, and a gas fireplace. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and access to a balcony. Two guest bedrooms each have a king bed, while the other has a queen bed. The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination, and a half bath adds convenience. Enjoy complimentary WiFi, central heat, air-conditioning upstairs, and an in-home washer/dryer. This vacation residence offers amazing access to Glen Ellen (a 10-minute drive) and Santa Rosa (a 20-minute drive). It's also less than 1 hour north of San Francisco's Golden Gate Bridge. Find golfing, hiking, and wineries all nearby! The pool can be heated from Memorial Day-Labor Day (only) for an added daily fee. The hot tub is heated year-round. This vacation rental does not allow pets due to the homeowner's severe allergies. This property has a two-story layout. Two of the fireplaces are non-operational.
