Carry your gear and head out the door to meet up with the nearby intermediate slope, or drive one mile down the mountain to the base of Snowmass Village. And if you're not here for snow sports, don't worry! There are plenty of other activities year-round at your fingertips.
Rustic charm and chic modern touches meet in this cozy mountain home, accompanied by hexagonal tile floors and tongue-and-groove pine on the ceiling and walls. Enter to the middle level to find the main living area with an enormous wood fireplace framed by natural stone and soft furnishings atop a large area rug. Play board games, soak in the private hot tub, or spend an evening in watching movies on the living room's flatscreen cable TV while the fireplace crackles in the background.
All the major appliances can be found in the kitchen nook, including small appliances such as a slow cooker, microwave, coffeemaker, and coffee grinder. Cleanup is a snap with the dishwasher provided! The modern dining room table can seat ten, or when the weather permits, step through the French doors to enjoy your meal on the back deck while breathing fresh mountain air.
Perfect for a small family, the lowest floor is basically a studio suite in itself. A dining table sits in the middle of a full kitchen, which has plenty of cabinets for storing goodies, as well as the major and small appliances. There is an inviting sitting area with a sofa and chairs facing a flatscreen cable TV and wood burning fireplace. The dogs will love running in the yard and nipping at falling snowflakes during your stay, but please keep in mind that if you do bring along up to two dogs, there is a nightly pet fee.
This home has four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms total, and can comfortably sleep 10 guests. The lovely primary suite has a queen-size bed and en suite bathroom. Two bedrooms on the top floor each feature two twin beds and a shared full bathroom. One even has a queen sofabed for snuggling up with a good book or as an extra sleeping space! Four guests can sleep in the mother-in-law suite among the two twin beds on one side and a curtained-off queen bed on the other side. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is set down here for convenience. Keep linens fresh with a private washer/dryer.
