The Second Living Level (3rd Level) is home to the villas Club Room with a wet bar and pub table seating, a living area, TV, Gaming Systems (Nintendo and PS4) and balcony access with views of the Gulf. There are also 3 oversized bedrooms on this floor; 2 of them are Master Bedrooms. All three Bedrooms have King Beds with En Suite Baths with walk-in showers, and one bathroom also has a stand-alone bath tub. There is a 1/2 Bath, and a utility closet with Washer and Dryer, on this level as well. The Third Living Level (4th Level) you'll find the Main Great Room with wide open Gulf Views. This room features a fully stocked Kitchen, Dining area with a dining table for 10 people and Bar Top seating for 6 People. There is also Balcony Dining for 8 people with stunning elevated Gulf Views from approximately 50 feet in the air! The Living Room has a Smart TV and ample seating as well. There is also a 1/2 Bath on this floor. PARKING: 2 Car Covered Parking, and 2-3 cars in the driveway MAX; Do Not Block the Sidewalk - strictly enforced by Sarasota County. Elevator: If the elevator becomes inoperable for any reason, the stairs will be the only access to upper levels.
