Polynesian Gardens is a quiet community which features shady streets, a large well-kept pool, clubhouse, and private dock. This villa is steps away from the Private Polynesian Gardens Dock, allowing easy access for you to spend the day fishing or watching the sunset. Here you are a short walk to the beach, and all supplies needed for the perfect beach day are provided. The Crescent Beach Access is one-half of a mile south, and Siesta Beach is just under a mile north. The white sand beach shoreline connects the beaches from Point of Rocks to the Siesta Beach Pavilion, and then all the way to the Siesta Village.
