This large home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private pool and spa (not heated)......and wait, there's more....it has a Tiki Bar to entertain your friends and relatives for a fun cookout and pool party. The kitchen is large with a huge pantry, new white cabinets, solid stone topped island with 4 chairs, making it easy and comfortable to catch up with family and friends sitting around the island sipping on some wine. There's a 5 burner glass stove top/oven with built-in microwave above with side by side door refrigerator including front door access and farm style stainless kitchen sink and white tiling flooring. Off the kitchen is a dining room with a large table that seats 6 adults comfortably.
Hang out in the family room and catch up on your favorite shows. There is a large 55" Panasonic flat screen TV and dvd player with built-in sound bar, WiFi and Frontier Custom Essential cable package that includes HBO. There is a desk at the end of the room where you can sit and catch up on emails if you like. At the other end of the room is a door that leads you to the back yard pool/spa and tiki bar.
Down the hallway from the kitchen is a nice size master bedroom suite that has a separate entrance if you prefer. It has a King bed, it's own remote controlled A/C wall unit that is quiet, flat screen TV with the same premium Frontier cable as in the living room. The master includes a large ensuite bathroom including his/her closets. The ensuite bathroom has a step up tiled shower, hand held shower bar with a frosted window for natural light. Across the way is a beautiful new vanity with drawers and a solid stone top. A separated area with the water closet is off to the side with a door leading to a private entryway that goes out to the pool area and laundry room. In the entryway is a cutout opening to the laundry room that acts as a laundry shoot to keep laundry away from your master suite! Also, you have the option to close off this room and make it separate and keep this separate from the rest of the house.
Off the kitchen is a full bathroom and the other two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed and dresser, two nightstands, closet opening with a rods above to hang up your vacation clothes, and a door that leads out to the pool/spa (no heat) and back yard. The third bedroom has twin beds, inlet space with hanging rod for your belongings as well as a small basic dresser. The twin beds have a pull out drawer for extra storage. The full bathroom sits between the two bedrooms. It has a tub/shower combination with a Kohler water closet off to the side with sink and vanity. TV's are in the family room and in the master. No TV's in the other 2 bedrooms.
The back yard is spacious with private pool and tiki bar with bar stools. Enjoy a fillet sitting in the shade at the tiki bar with a strawberry Margarita in hand! Yum! No Pool/Spa heat at this time.

No smoking inside the home. Quiet hours start at 10PM.
Please note that dogs must be walked off property to do their business. They may not go on the front lawn or backyard.
All pets must be approved so reach out to us first. This property allows 1 dog. For approved pets, there is an a nonrefundable pet fee of $300 plus taxes and processing fee for 1 pet. Make sure to pick up after your dog.
