Presenting this beautifully renovated 2 Bedroom Siesta Key vacation Cottage located bayside and a walk away from our world class beaches. This 2 bedroom waterfront cottage sits directly on Little Sarasota Bay. Enjoy the comfort of a King bed in the master bedroom, 2 full size beds in the second bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.. collectively you will be able to accommodate six guests comfortably. Enjoy fishing or boating just out your front door or walk across the street to your private beach access! Sit on the front deck and watch the parade of boats go by, along with the playful dolphins and a wide variety of birds. You can even rent your own boat nearby, and dock in right in front of the cottage. Boat storage and boat trailer storage is not provided. A charcoal grill and beach equipment are provided for renter's use. Set onour acres of palm, oak and banyan trees. Enjoy the sun or take a swim in the brand new pool (heated during cold weather) or the shade at the tiki hut and BBQ area. Walk over to beautiful Crescent Beach to enjoy the sun and surf or to watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico!
