Take the stairs up to your private side of the duplex and immediately feel the vacation vibes as you walk in. There is a beautiful nautical seating area with two sofas and a large TV. The kitchen has a stove, a fridge, basic cookware, and there is a chic dining table as well as countertop seating. Through the sliding glass doors is the deck that has seating and overlooks the pool.
The primary bedroom has bright beach décor, a premium mattress, plenty of storage space, and a TV. The guest bedrooms have calming colors with a delightful nautical touch. The upstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower and the downstairs bathroom has a shower and tub combination. A washer and dryer are available for guest use.
The home itself has been tastefully decorated and feels cool and cozy with amazing nautical themes. The bedrooms are all located on the 2nd level of living space, and the rooms are set up perfectly for 10 people. There are 2 King Bedrooms and the 3rd Bedroom features a Full over Full Bunk Bed. The Living, Dining, and Kitchen are all in one open room, which makes it very open and friendly for everyone to gather in one space. This great room area also has a sliding glass door that leads out to a Balcony area and staircase with direct access to the Shared Pool and Game Room Area that features a Pool Table, Bar Top, TV, and a Couch. You'll stay in complete comfort in this home.
The shared pool and patio area is a great place for you to relax or rinse off from the beach. Or, get the same feel on your private balcony over looking the pool. There is also a shared game room area just off the pool, so swing in and perfect your billiard skills.
