When renting this unit, you will have access to the right side of the 1st floor which is only garage spaces (2), the right backyard and pool area, along with the entire 2nd floor of the 3 story building. This pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. Elevator: If the elevator becomes inoperable for any reason the stairs will be the only access to upper levels.
